How do I track my order?

Sign in and open My Orders to see each order's status step by step, from confirmation to delivery. Once shipped, the tracking number appears there too.

How long does delivery take?

2–5 business days across all cities in the Kingdom. More detail on the Shipping Info page.

What payment methods are available?

Secure online card payment through an approved payment gateway. All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include 15% VAT.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery in its original condition. See the Returns & Refunds page for details and exceptions.

My order has items from more than one brand — will they arrive together?

Items may arrive in separate shipments, since each brand prepares its products from its own location. You can see each item's individual status on the order page.

How do I sell on the platform?

From the Sell on FTP page, submit an application with your brand details and commercial registration. Our team reviews it and gets back to you.
