Returns & Refunds

You can request a return for any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition: unworn, with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, and opened beauty products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Write to us from the Contact Us page with your order number, the item, and the reason — our team will send you the return steps within one business day.

Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, the amount is refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. The order status shows as Refunded on your orders page.
