For The People is a multi-vendor online fashion marketplace operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at for-thepeople.com. This policy is governed by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

When you create an account or place an order we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. When you browse, we collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to improve the service.

We never store your card details — payment is processed entirely by a licensed payment provider (Tap Payments), and we only receive confirmation of the transaction.

We use your data to fulfil and deliver your orders, communicate with you about them, operate your account, and improve the shopping experience. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email to send offers and new arrivals — you can unsubscribe at any time.

When you buy a product, the relevant vendor receives your name, shipping address, and phone number solely to prepare and ship your order. Vendors are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

Under the PDPL you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach us via the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
