For The People is an online marketplace bringing vetted fashion vendors together in one place. Each vendor is responsible for its products — their description, quality, and conformity — while the platform provides the shopping experience, secure payment, and coordination of shipping and returns.

Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT (15%). Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; the platform does not store card details. The sale contract is concluded when payment is confirmed.

Vendors on the platform must offer genuine products that match their descriptions, fulfil orders on time, and comply with Saudi commercial regulations including commercial registration and VAT requirements.

You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt its operation, impersonate others, or post misleading or abusive content in reviews or elsewhere.

We take reasonable care in vetting vendors and monitoring quality; nevertheless, product liability rests with the vendor to the extent permitted by law. The platform is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Last updated: July 2026.
